Perennial Permaculture Plants for the Midwest

Come and learn about Perennial Permaculture Plants that work in our bioregion. There’s a broad palette to select from, whether your site is urban, suburban, or rural. Learn which high yielding perennial plants support and produce more for your site while lessening your workload.  Discover the varieties and cultivars that are best for our region – and where to find them.

Bio: Braden Trauth, trained by Permaculture's founders, Bill Mollison and David Holmgren, started the Cincinnati Permaculture Institute's Edible Perennial Nursery, Growing Value, over a decade ago to help support his students in the region. It has grown to supply almost 200 different types of perennial edibles that work for creating Edible Landscapes and public and private food forests in the region.
